You will make yourself two seasonal Japanese traditional sweets called "Nerikiri".
You can make real Japanese sweets using white/red bean paste produced by Kyoto's long-established shops.
The possibilities are endless.
When you put your handmade Japanese sweets on a plate, you have completed an art work!
